Not Dancing with the Stars. Not the middle-school sway. A first dance you'll actually be proud of — in the time you've got left.
Two days. Four lessons. A first dance that's ready.
Private lessons at Infinity Dance Sport Center, Kearny Mesa · Hundreds of San Diego couples coached since 2016
Yes — in four focused lessons across two days, most couples learn a clean, personal first dance, even with zero dance experience.
The two-day format works because of momentum. When lessons are back-to-back, your body keeps what it learned an hour ago instead of re-learning it a week later. We build a short, repeatable routine around what the two of you can already do comfortably, then drill it to the music until it feels automatic.
Everything is tied up before wedding-week nerves set in. You leave with a finished dance and a filmed clip to practice with — not a half-learned routine you're still worrying about the night before.
Most couples don't want a competition routine — they want to look like they know what they're doing. That's exactly what the Intensive delivers: a solid frame, movement off the spot, one or two signature moves that fit your song, a clean dip, and a confident entrance and finish so the whole dance has a shape.

Frame, connection, your signature moves, and the overall shape of the routine.
Polish, run it to the music start to finish, then film it so it sticks until the wedding.
Real students
Most students feel comfortable on the floor after 2–3 private lessons — no partner and no experience needed. Since 2016 Noe has coached hundreds of San Diego couples and solo dancers, from first-timers to wedding first dances.

In just 1.5 hours Noe broke down the basics and slowly added patterns until we left feeling like we looked like we knew what we were doing. Thanks Noe!
As someone with two left feet, I was nervous. Noe made me comfortable from day one. After a few sessions I was dancing at local clubs with confidence.
We've followed Noe to his new studio because he's a great teacher and fun to work with. He even accommodates requests outside our usual styles.
Yes. The Intensive is four focused lessons across two days — enough for most couples, including total beginners, to learn a clean, personal routine they feel confident performing. We keep the choreography tight and repeatable so it sticks under pressure.
That's most of the couples we see for this. The Intensive is built for zero experience. We focus on a strong frame, a few signature moves, and staying relaxed — not memorizing a long routine.
Momentum. Back-to-back lessons build muscle memory fast and get everything tied up before wedding-week nerves set in. You walk away with a finished, filmed routine instead of a half-learned one you're still stressing about.
It helps, but no. If you haven't chosen one, we'll help you pick something that fits you both and dances well — free, as part of your first session.
Reach out right away. If we can fit your Intensive into the days you've got, we will — and if the timing's truly tight, we'll tell you honestly what's realistic.
Our regular wedding dance lessons are for couples planning a few months out who want to go deeper. The Intensive is a condensed 2-day format for couples short on time who still want to look great.
Two days from now you could have a finished first dance and a video of it on your phone.
