Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Level Up With Noe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Level Up With Noe provides private ballroom and Latin dance lessons in San Diego, California. Our services include:

• Private dance lessons
• Wedding dance preparation
• Competition training
• Social dance instruction
• Continued education programs

Booking and Payment

Lesson Packages

Dance lessons and experiences are offered as single sessions, multi-lesson packages, and program experiences. Payment is required at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Risk-Free Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our instruction with a simple promise: if you complete your first program (dance experience or lesson package) and honestly feel you didn't learn anything, we will refund your money for that program. To request a guarantee refund, contact us within 14 days of completing your first program.

48-Hour Refund Window

For smaller packages and single lessons, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of scheduling, provided your first lesson has not yet taken place. Refund requests submitted after the 48-hour window, or after the first lesson has occurred, are handled under the Risk-Free Satisfaction Guarantee above or on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule at no charge.
• Same-day cancellations without a valid reason and without rescheduling may forfeit the lesson at the instructor's discretion.
• Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability.

Refunds

Outside of the guarantees and windows described above, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Unused lessons within an active package may be eligible for partial refunds or account credit, minus any administrative fees.

Studio Policies

Code of Conduct

• Treat instructors and other students with respect
• Arrive on time for scheduled lessons
• Wear appropriate dance attire and footwear
• Maintain personal hygiene standards
• Follow instructor guidance and safety protocols

Liability

Dance lessons involve physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks. You agree to release Level Up With Noe from any liability for injuries sustained during lessons, except in cases of gross negligence.

Health and Safety

Students should:

• Inform instructors of any health conditions or physical limitations
• Not participate if feeling unwell or injured
• Follow all safety guidelines provided by instructors
• Maintain appropriate physical distance when instructed

Photography and Video

We may photograph or record lessons for instructional purposes or marketing. By using our services, you consent to such recording unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

Intellectual Property

All choreography, lesson materials, and instructional content provided by Level Up With Noe remain our intellectual property. Students may not reproduce or teach this material without permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services to any student who:

• Violates these terms
• Behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully
• Fails to pay for services
• Creates a safety concern

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County.
